Helpdesk SC connection - Client user guide

 

 

In order to receive remote support from Steen you should proceed with following steps:

  1. Open below link.
    http://qwerty.dk/Status/CLIENTsingle_StePal.exe

 

  1. Click on Run button.

 

  1. Wait for few seconds until you will receive Security Warning window, where you should click on Run button.



  1. For few seconds will popup “:: KOMPAN A/S :: - IT HELPDESK UltraVNC SC” window. Wait for additional few seconds until window will disappeared.

 

  1. When “Connection active” will popup in taskbar, your connection will be active and supporter will be informed. From this moment you can wait until your supporter will take control under your PC.
